Kairos Academies directly employs most teachers and staff and contracts for support in limited situations. Together, they provide a seamless Kairos experience. Everyone who works with your child meets the same high standards for background/safety checks and certifications. Under ESSA, parents/guardians have the right to obtain information regarding the qualifications of their child's teachers
