Nick Guadiana is a passionate educator and dynamic instructional leader committed to academic excellence and choice-filled lives for all students. He began his career at Kairos as a 7th grade math teacher, where he quickly earned a reputation for building strong relationships and delivering rigorous instruction with high expectations and support. As the Founding Math Department Chair at the Kairos Academies High School, Nick led his team to exceptional results—earning test scores that ranked in the top three among all open-enrollment high schools in St. Louis. His impact continued to grow as he took on the role of STEM Instructional Director, designing systems of coaching and planning that have consistently led to students growing above the national average. Most recently, as High School Principal in Residence, Nick has focused on refining schoolwide systems and driving toward a culture of high expectations and deep care. With a sharp eye for strategy and a conviction for equity, Nick brings purpose, care, and an all-in mindset to every aspect of his work at Kairos. Nick earned his Bachelors Degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his Masters in Education at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
