Nilesh Patel

Nilesh Patel serves as Kairos’ compliance lead, ensuring the school meets all requirements with its sponsor and the Missouri State Board of Education. He brings over a decade of experience in education, including six years at Kairos where he has served as science department chair, middle school assistant principal, middle school principal, and the founding high school principal.

Nilesh earned his B.A. in Public Health from Washington University in St. Louis and his M.A.T. in Education from Relay Graduate School of Education. He identifies most with the Kairos value of love, believing that trust is the foundation of any strong team. This year, he is especially excited to celebrate Kairos’ first graduating class. A lifelong St. Louisan, Nilesh lives in Benton Park West with his dog.
