Restorative Justice Coordinator

ext 315

Jada Miller serves as Kairos’ Restorative Justice Coordinator, helping students resolve conflicts in positive, constructive ways that repair harm and build stronger relationships. Her work focuses on creating a safe and supportive school environment where every student feels heard, respected, and part of the community. Entering her first year at Kairos and her fourth year in education, Jada is most excited about building meaningful relationships with students and staff.

Jada earned her B.S. in Human Services from Millikin University and her M.Ed. from Indiana State University. She identifies most with the Kairos value of agency, believing students should take ownership of their learning and guide their own journeys with support from caring adults. In addition to her professional role, she has experience as a collegiate mentor and step team coach. Outside of work, Jada is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, a sneaker enthusiast, and an active Joe Budden Patreon member.
