Dr. Courtney Jude

Dr. Courtney Jude is the Assistant Principal of Kairos Academies Middle School, where he also supervises ELA and Social Studies and serves as the school’s testing coordinator. With 15 years of experience in education, Dr. Jude is passionate about student growth and loves witnessing the “ah-ha” moments when learning clicks.

He earned his B.A. in Elementary Education with a minor in Public Service from Knox College, an M.A. in Education Administration from the University of Missouri–St. Louis, and most recently completed his Ed.D. in Social Justice in Education at UMSL in 2024. Dr. Jude most identifies with the Kairos value of agency, believing that every student has the power to take ownership of their learning.

This is Dr. Jude’s first year at Kairos, and he looks forward to seeing how students grow over time while supporting both staff and families in the learning journey.
