At Kairos Academies, we believe that students learn best when they feel known, supported, and connected—and the latest results from the Panorama Student Survey affirm that belief. We’re proud to share that both our middle and high schools rank in the top 1% of schools nationwide for student sense of belonging—among urban public schools where the majority of students qualify for free or reduced lunch.
The Panorama Student Survey, developed in partnership with the Harvard Graduate School of Education, gathers student feedback on school climate, relationships, and well-being. It’s a powerful tool that helps schools understand how students experience their learning environment—and how we can keep improving.
Our results reflect what we see every day at Kairos: a community where students are valued, teachers and mentors build strong relationships, and families partner with us to help every learner thrive.
To our teachers and mentors, thank you for creating classrooms where students feel seen and safe. To our families, thank you for your trust and partnership. And to our students—thank you for showing up, speaking up, and shaping the culture of belonging that makes Kairos so special.
If you’re looking for a school where your child will be truly known and supported, we’d love to welcome your family into our community.
