Nathan Jacobs

Nathan Jacobs joins Kairos from IDEA Public Schools in Fort Worth, Texas, where he served as Regional Director of Operations. Nathan led operations and student recruitment for eight schools in the Tarrant County region. His prior experience includes serving as Director of Operations for Uplift Education in Dallas, where he implemented school and staffing restructuring to improve efficiency and equity. Before entering education, Nathan served as a General Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch–leading stores in both Seoul and Hong Kong as part of the company’s expansion into Asia.
