Casey McBride graduated with a B.A in Psychology from Transylvania University and a M.Ed. from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Casey has taught with Teach For America (a highly selective teacher training program), Confluence Academies, and St. Louis Public Schools. She has also developed curriculum for Gateway to the Great Outdoors, a local non-profit dedicated to bringing outdoor and environmental education into the classroom, and mentored aspiring teachers through Aspire and the St. Louis Teacher Residency.

Kairos students practice navigating real-world choices (such as when, where, how, and with whom to work) within a safe, supportive school environment.
